It’s very exciting to see modern Wushu being used to an enormous extent in Hollwood movies being made lately. Examples of these types of movies are: the remake of “The Karate Kid”, “The Last Airbender” and “The Expendables”.
Movie stars like Jet Li and Jackie Chan have a large part in making Wushu well known and more widely practiced in USA.
As a Wushu coach, I’d like to encourage everyone to watch these movies. You may unexpectedly learn something positive.

Self Defense Seminar

Who can participate: ages 7+, all sashes
What you will learn: Kicks, punches, blocks, and other self defense aspects.
